Your progress depends on many factors, including your attendance, practice, motivation, and effort.

4. Booking and Payment

Bookings are confirmed only after payment has been received or another payment arrangement has been agreed upon.

Prices are listed on our website and may change without notice.

Applicable taxes will be charged where required by law.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule appointments by providing at least 24 hours' notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be considered forfeited unless we decide otherwise.

If Parlons Ensemble cancels a session, it will be rescheduled or refunded, at our discretion.

6. Refund Policy

Unless required by applicable law:

Completed coaching sessions are non-refundable.
Downloadable digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
Coaching packages may be eligible for partial refunds for unused sessions, subject to our refund policy.
Missed appointments are not refundable.
