Who are we?
My name is Emilie, I am the founder and owner of "Parlons Ensemble". My first language is French and I grew up in Switzerland. I am fully bilingual (French/English) as I live in Ontario, Canada since 2013.
I have a Bachelor in administration that I obtained in Switzerland, worked in different fields and finally became a project manager.
I learned English at the age of 16, when I had the chance to do a year in the US as an exchange student. That’s when I discovered the privilege it is to be bilingual. Being able to switch from one language to another without even having to think about it is a precious gift and an amazing skill.
Over the years, I heard too many people saying: “I learned French, but I am too shy/not confident to speak it”. So I decided to create this company and make my mission to help people that want to be able to experience the ability to speak in French with confidence.
So many times I heard I should become a teacher, that I was a great listener, compassionnate and empowering person, so I now made the decision to share my ability to speak French to help motivated people to build the confidence to communicate naturally in French.
Communication and genuine one on one conversations are important to me, this is why I decided to offer one on one coaching sessions, so that I can guide you in your learning, in a caring and safe environment, where you will be able to gain confidence one conversation at a time.
The sessions will be based on your rythme, your goals and needs.
